You will be expected to work from our office in Midtown Manhattan Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
Requirements
Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Scanning and copying documents
- Witnessing client document signings
- Proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy and proper grammar
- Asssisting in projects to improve firm efficiency or enhance the client experience
- Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, both in-person and virtually
- Assisting attorneys with document preparation and case management
- Organizing and maintaining client files and records in accordance with firm policies
