Duties:
- Provide crisis intervention services and group sessions to program recipients as needed according to agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the treatment team and family to deliver client-centered care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Assist clients in developing coping strategies, social skills, and daily living skills.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, clinical consultations, and training sessions.
- Continually assess client needs, service availability, and appropriateness.
- Conducts Educational and Specialty Groups when needed.
- Attends staffing/treatment team meetings with respective staff.
- Charts client’s progress notes in data base and on the case activity form in client’s charts.
- Provide recovery-based, person-centered services.
- Develop comprehensive goal plans in conjunction with individuals and family members.
- Provide Service coordination, including coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual's treatment team.
- Provide individual and group supportive interventions and symptom management.
- Act as a liaison and consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process.
- Provide crisis intervention as required.
- Provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services in conjunction with other team members and with direction from staff with specialty training.
Requirements:
- MUST have CIT, RAC or CAC certification.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles.
- Must be at least three (3) years older than the individual they serve under the age of 18.
- Pass a criminal background/drug/tb test prior to employment.
- 1-2 years experience and/or training in working with clients who have substance use disorders (SUD).
- Professionalism, organization skills, and strict adherence to HIPAA regulations are essential.
Work Hours:
This is part-time position. We are currently hiring individuals who can work any of the following shifts:
9:00 AM – 12 PM or 5:30 - 8:30 PM or 4:30 - 7300 PM

Compensation:
$18-$25 per hour compensation commensurate with education and experience.
