Duties

- Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met.
- Organize and lead activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual growth in young children.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across the preschool program.
- Ensure a safe and healthy classroom environment by adhering to all childcare regulations and standards.
- Document children's progress through assessments and reports to track developmental milestones.
Requirements
