Expeditors will help maintain Village Tavern standards and ensure flawless dish execution. You will be key to keeping the kitchen and waitstaff in sync for efficient workflow. Your role will include guaranteeing order accuracy, beautiful plate presentation, and timely service.
Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is required. Must have great communication skills.

EXPEDITOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Confirm that orders are correct and made to spec
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to ensure recipe adherence
- Answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work
