- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and infection control
- Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care and support functions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN who possesses:
