About the Role
As Assistant Director of Health Services, you will work closely with the Director of Health Services to help select, retain, develop, and lead our clinical team. You will also assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to ensure continuity of care. Additionally, you will participate in implementing our clinical staffing model and contribute to our Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
