Job Description
As an LPN at Trilogy, you will contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses. You will administer medications and observe patients to ensure they do not have adverse reactions to those medications. You will also perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services, educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, and identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe.

We're Looking For
- A licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with a BLS Provider certification obtained within one month of hire date or job transfer date
- A High school diploma or GED
