The Project Manager shall perform duties in a professional, confidential, ethical, and business manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Leads projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimations, risk mitigation plans, and project implementation plans. Aligns projects to business goals, develops detailed project plans, manages teams, achieves milestones, and communicates results across a stakeholder audience. Coordinates internal and external resources and ensures that projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets. Builds and engages multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation. Establishes and maintains relationships with appropriate client stakeholders providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Develops and maintains partnerships with outside resources including third-party vendors. Analyzes project progress, and when necessary, adjusts scope, timeliness, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements. Perform all other duties as assigned. Education / Experience Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, required. Master’s degree is preferred. Generally, requires 3 to 5 years of related experience. Previous experience on project management in healthcare or related industry is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred. Organization policies and procedures. Office management techniques and practices. Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgement. Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.
