Therapist Intensive Foster Care
Salary: $60,000 - $66,500
We are hiring for a new Therapist to be part of a transformative team working with in our Intensive Foster Care Program. This role will provide client-centered and effective services to children and their families to increase permanency and create safe and nurturing environments!
As a therapist in our Intensive Foster Care Program you will:

Acts as a liaison between The Villages' families and referring agencies, the childrens families, schools, community resources and The Villages' administrative staff.

Assess the child and/or family needs, provision of counseling (including Medicaid billing and documentation), case management services using a child/family team approach; monitoring child/family progress.

Provide Therapeutic Supervision for visitation sessions.

Responsible for ensuring the implementation of comprehensive services.

Develop SMART treatment plans that are monitored for completion per service standards.

Home based work required

Thorough documentation as defined by program and service standard
On call, with nights and weekends is required
Position Requirements

Masters degree in Social work with an emphasis on clinical practice, Clinical or counseling psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field

Training and experience in child, adult, and family therapy/counseling

Licensure through one of the following Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board:Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW), LMFT, LMFTA, LMHC, or LMCHA
Preferred Experience:

Two years previous experience in either foster care or social services

Previous experience in foster care, social services, behavioral health, or clinical setting
