Experienced Residential Maintenance Person needed for large apartment complex in Bettendorf, IA. Applicant must be able to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, have excellent painting skills, be motivated to do a good job, and have excellent customer service skills. Applicant must be on time and be reliable. Must have knowledge of minor plumbing and minor electrical repair. Must have experience in residential upkeep. Must pass a drug and criminal background check. A successful applicant must have a pick up truck or vehicle to haul materials for job occasionally. Please provide your resume.
