JOB SUMMARY:
The ERP Systems & Reporting Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Vincit Group’s strategic decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and driving profitability. This position will focus heavily on developing, maintaining, and enhancing recurring and ad-hoc reporting while assisting with cross-functional projects and administration of our ERP system. The Analyst will also contribute to integrating and training newly acquired companies, ensuring seamless ERP and reporting system adoption.
Key duties for this position include reporting design and execution, data controls and distribution, and administering support for our ERP Systems.
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Information Systems
EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and analyzing reports using SQL-based tools.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities to enhance business processes through technology.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting or Systems-related role
- 1-2 years' experience with data ETL to and from SQL Server.
POSITION REQUIREMENT(S): Specialized Skills/License/Certification
Required:
- Proficiency in SQL development using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, SSRS, SSMS).
- Working understanding of general business and accounting concepts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience managing complex datasets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to document solutions and maintain a knowledge base.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP Crystal Reports and Sage X3 ERP systems.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Nectari or similar financial reporting systems.
- Experience with CRM or Accounting Systems

- Assist in the administration, maintenance, and development of the company’s ERP systems and BI tools, including training end users, managing security, and creating dashboards and reporting metrics to meet business objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and deliver data for standard reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and miscellaneous reporting requests.
- Collaborate with users across departments to understand goals, analyze problems, and identify solutions to prevent interruptions of business processes.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and execution of organization-wide process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
- Work closely with various departments and technical teams to define and support the data reporting needs of the business.
- Create, maintain, and modify custom reports using SSRS for the company’s databases.
- Support and improve process/system workflows to increase productivity and automate manual tasks.
