Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for serving food, clearing tables, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service in a vibrant atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Square POS system.
- Serve food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences, showcasing your knowledge of culinary offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the food industry to guarantee a safe dining experience for guests.
Experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible, sporadic hours, including evenings and weekends.
- No prior experience required.
- Food Handler's Certification a plus.
