MISSIONS
Position Profile:
Assists the Guest Services Manager, ensuring the efficient, effective, and cohesive flow of activities that create excellent guest experiences through personal presence and supervision of hoteliers working overnight in Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering.
Supervises hoteliers and effectively coach, train, organize, motivate, communicate, and recognize, as fitting.
Works in conjunction with hoteliers and maintain hands-on involvement in all aspects of the nighttime operation, assists where the need is greatest and as required.
Manage and maintains a secure hotel environment.
Be fully versed with statutory, fire, legal, health and safety procedures and take control in the event of a crisis.
Responsible for the financial aspects of the hotel and performs nightly audits and oversees the accounts receivables as well prepares daily credit limit and cash report.
Ensures that all requested reports are completed and submitted punctually and accurately.
Balances Front Office credit cards and ascertains proper settlement.
Handles guest complaints and perform “Manager on Duty” responsibilities.
Reviews guest profiles and ensure special requests are highlighted.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Technology proficiency– Fully competent in all systems used within department, including Windows based programs & Micros PMS.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 5 years previous work experience in a similar capacity within luxury hospitality.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (PMS, CRM, POS, Opera), and a deep understanding of guest service operations.
Must be presently legal to work in the USA to be considered.
