Banquet Server

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service during events and functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring all items are served at the appropriate temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times.
• Assist in the breakdown of banquet areas after events, including cleaning tables and resetting for future functions.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential.
• Experience in culinary or bartending roles is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
