- Base Salary: Starting at $90,000, increasing with experience.
- Bonus: Monthly opportunities ($35,000 in first three years).
- Hybrid Role: 50% in-person, 50% telehealth.
- Initial Onboarding: 60 hours of training in first 3-4 weeks.
- Flexible Schedule: Work from home options and no Saturday work required.
- Lead and support Behavior Technicians.
- Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs.
