Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a BCBA to join our expanding team, contributing to our mission of providing compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for families affected by autism. This role emphasizes client-centric service, teamwork, and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical programs and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship to therapists.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and collaborate with other service providers.
• Maintain active BCBA certification and participate in ongoing training.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 200 direct client hours with at least 25 billable hours weekly.
  
  

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet physical demands of the role.
