We are seeking a BCBA to join our expanding team, contributing to our mission of providing compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for families affected by autism. This role emphasizes client-centric service, teamwork, and ethical practices.

- Develop and implement clinical programs and individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship to therapists.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and collaborate with other service providers.
- Maintain active BCBA certification and participate in ongoing training.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 200 direct client hours with at least 25 billable hours weekly.
- Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Active BCBA certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to meet physical demands of the role.
