Clinical Nurse - Oncology (DH8009)

In accordance with the Navajo Preference Employment Act, applicants who are enrolled members of the Navajo Nation, Hopi Tribe, or San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe will receive hiring preference. This nursing position provides specialist advice and support to cancer patients, administering treatments and ensuring continuity of care. Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing, a valid nursing license, and two years of nursing experience, including three years in oncology. Essential functions involve patient assessment, administering chemotherapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and adherence to safety protocols.
