We are seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Springfield, MO, offering premium pay for those with home health experience. As an RN Case Manager, you will provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of care in collaboration with physicians and other clinicians.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, with additional benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and bonus opportunities. Relocation to Springfield, MO is required before starting work.
