Responsibilities

Seeking a Licensed Clinician for the Young Adult Assertive Community Treatment (YAACT) Team to provide community-based mental health treatment for young adults with serious mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
• Delivering treatment services, including crisis intervention and psycho-education.
• Collaborating with families and community resources.
• Documenting client progress and participating in team meetings.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach.
  
  

Qualifications include a master's degree in human services, an active NYS mental health license, and experience in culturally competent treatment. Benefits include medical, 401(k), and paid time off. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000.
