What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist / Industrial Rehab Specialist position at The VIOS Clinic?
We have an immediate opening for full-time Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide Work Rehabilitation at our Bonney Lake clinic. No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided. OTs will be responsible for direct patient care, evaluations, job analyses, and developing individualized treatment programs. Collaboration with Physical Therapists is essential to help patients achieve return-to-work goals. Experience in Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist License (or applicant status)
