Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will:

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the primary OT.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop tailored therapy programs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support therapy goals.
• Conduct evaluations to gather data for treatment planning and establish goals.
