What You Will Do
- Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
- Maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, and billing
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in IL
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certification required
