Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Active state license in good standing
- 1 year post-acute care experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Participate in community health projects
- Plan for patient needs with families and support staff
- Implement department policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Follow treatment plans and modify goals as needed
- Oversee care provided by PTAs and students
- Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork
- Demonstrate good body mechanics and judgment
- Regular attendance and effective communication required
