Therapist PMTO KS ($2,500 Sign-on / Retention Bonus)

POSITION: Therapist I-II PMTO

DEPARTMENT: Kansas Foster Care (Kansas City, KS)

Starting Salary: $52,000- $56,000 (Annually) $2,500 Sign-on/Retention Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions using the Parent Management Training-Oregon (PMTO) model.
• Maintain a caseload of 5-7 families, offering in-home services for up to 26 weeks.
• Develop treatment plans, maintain clinical records, and coordinate with case workers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed by the Kansas BSRB; must be 21 and pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
