Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our banquets team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen for all hotel events. We are seeking a part-time position - flexible scheduling is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area in the kitchen.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Dispose of kitchen garbage and manage recycling activities.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a food service, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen duties including bussing tables and food preparation.
