The Salesforce Developer is a key role in Virtus's growing Salesforce practice. They have a strong technical understanding of both Salesforce languages and frameworks and key technical aspects of Salesforce integrations. They possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor. They will have experience migrating data between systems and integrating systems. With project leadership, they will analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Force.com platform.

Responsibilities Qualifications :

Minimum 6 Years of Salesforce Dev
Minimum 3 Years of relevant technical development experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Coding, programming languages (APEX, VisualForce), and writing Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years) work experience.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems; strong knowledge of integrations
Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, database designing, and the SDLC
Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire Must have : Admin and PD I certifications
REST, SOAP, and PUB / SUB APIs
JSON payload creation and parsing
Highly skilled with SF Data Loader or other external mass data manipulation tool
Ability to mentor junior Devs

SF Platform App Builder Certification

SF Service Cloud Certification

SF Sales Cloud Certification

SF Experience Cloud Certification

Platform Developer II Certification

Some level of experience with Mulesoft

Some level of experience with Heroku

Soft Skills :

Ability to lead client meetings and share recommendations

Strong communication skills between client and developers

Critical thinking and problem solving attitude

Thought leadership

Preferred Location : Atlanta, GA
