The Vision Centers are GROWING again and we are looking to hire full-time Patient Service Representatives for all 4 of our Las Vegas locations. Do you have what it takes to be our next Patient Account Representative? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in the Northwest location look and feel their best.
Our ideal candidate would have previous experience with:
- Scheduling patient visits and answering pre-visit questions
- Scheduling outpatient appointments
- Perform analytical and data entry tasks
- Answering patient calls, emails, and questions
- Confidently manage patient accounts
- Ability to push through repetitive tasks, including a lot of time spent on the phone

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
