The Vision Centers are GROWING again, and we are looking to hire full-time Patient Care Coordinators for our Northwest location. We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in Las Vegas look and feel their best.

Our ideal candidate would have previous experience with:
- Scheduling patient visits and answering pre-visit questions
- Scheduling outpatient appointments
- Perform analytical and data entry tasks
- Answering patient calls, emails, and questions
- Confidently manage patient accounts
- Ability to push through repetitive tasks, including a lot of time spent on the phone

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
