The Vision Centers are GROWING again and we are looking to hire full-time Patient Service Representatives for our Northwest location. Do you have what it takes to be our next Patient Service Representative? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in Las Vegas look and feel their best.
Our ideal candidate would have previous experience with:
- Scheduling patient visits and answer pre-visit questions
- Scheduling outpatient appointments
- Perform analytical and data entry tasks
- Answering patient calls, emails and questions
- Confidently manage patient accounts
- Ability to push through repetitive tasks including a lot of time spent on the phone

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday - Friday
- Saturday ( 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 year (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
