Position Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting, receiving and directing visitors, vendors, and clients, to appropriate locations and parties. Operates a phone system and standard office equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets all visitors, gives tours and assists as needed ensure that the lobby area, reception area and entry area is kept clean, neat and orderly.
- Answers the telephone and direct calls to necessary parties.
- Monitors community guests, vendors and residents in accordance with community policy and procedures.
- Manage resident appointment and transportation logs and calendar.
- Monitor fire panel and direct emergency personnel to the correct area.
- Perform clerical duties as directed.
- Schedule candidate interviews as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
