Position Purpose/Summary: The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts through efficient project management, administrative organization, and creative content development. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, streamlining marketing operations, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, coordinating sales support activities, and creating engaging media content that aligns with the company’s goals. - Collaborate with the sales team to gather data and generate CRM dashboard insights.
- Review and finalize reports with the VP of Sales before submission.
- Design and manage sales presentations for customer engagements.
- Coordinate branded materials, including apparel and promotional tools.
- Support internal sales meetings, including agenda creation and session planning.
- Organize and oversee tradeshow participation, including registration and logistics.
- Coordinate materials, exhibit booth requirements, and team travel arrangements.
- Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn profile and other social media platforms.
- Draft and review press releases in collaboration with the VP of Sales.
- Oversee updates and content management for the company website.
- Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Knowledge-Skills-Abilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or graphic design (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Certification) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating marketing campaigns, social media management, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design projects, including creating visual assets for marketing materials and presentations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, or operations.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for reporting), PowerPoint (for presentations), and Word (for documentation).
