The Studio Manager is responsible for driving introductory and membership sales, nurturing community partnerships and maintaining all functions of the studio. This is a full-time, on-site position that oversees studio operations to ensure continued success, you will mainly report to the Franchise Owner(s).
The Studio Manager should be committed to creating an easy and enjoyable experience for our clients. We’re looking for someone with a passion for community involvement, networking and growing our brand awareness through organic social media marketing. We are looking for someone to exemplify our mission and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Vital Stretch.

The Vital Stretch is an Assisted Stretch company that helps clients of any age, lifestyle or fitness level move freely and live fully. We have multiple studio locations in Fairfield County, Connecticut with plans to open operations across the US. Our proprietary method is rooted in clinical practice and sets us apart from competitors. Developed by our founders, a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractic Physician, The Vital Stretch Method uses dynamic movement, static holds, and press-and-release (PNR) stretching to provide a gentle, personalized and highly effective assisted stretch. We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic and passionate person to join our growing team.
REQUIREMENTS
The Studio Manager must have the ability to convert first-timers into members, nurture client relationships and increase client retention.
- 1-2 years of fitness sales, membership sales or equivalent experience.
- NASM certification in the Stretching and Flexibility Coach program
- Certification through C-Developers as a lead VSPs
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to South Norwalk one-two times per week.
- Ability to drive multiple revenue streams, including but not limited to, introductory clients, memberships, retail, add-on services.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess a situation and pivot accordingly.
- Must be a self-starter, with the ability to independently guide a client through the sales funnel.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
- Must have solid written and grammar skills.
- Must have some experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
- Experience with G-Suite and studio softwares such as Club Ready is strongly preferred.
- A passion for the fitness industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
