Overview
The Digital Merchandising Specialist, Direct-to-Consumer assists in execution of digital merchandising activities for the Vitamin Shoppe website & app. This role is responsible for driving e-commerce growth through product availability, brand presence and marketing support. The Digital Merchandising Specialist collaborates with Merchants, Marketing, CRM, Digital Operations, Product Information, and Creative Services to properly merchandise the website and support a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Submit all creative requests for the creation of web/app assets to support marketing and promotional initiatives, including landing pages and other ad hoc pages as needed
- Create category pages and feature shops to support marketing campaigns and/or to highlight new trends
- Request approval and creation of monthly site coupons, ensuring all information is accurate
- Fill out marketing tactics for monthly marketing packages and new item launches
- QA and release all new products live to the site, ensuring all requirements are met and details are populated
- Pull together monthly marketing links for all web assets, including reviewing Channel links to ensure optimal customer experience
- Support visual merchandising of the site by boosting and burying products based marketing product features and new item launches
- Create monthly import file for promotions and QA once uploaded by Digital Operations
- Schedule monthly app promotions/deals in the Content Management System (Amplience)
- Upload SEO copy to relevant pages in the Content Management System (Amplience)
- Update weekly sales report every Monday using GA4 and distribute to team members for insight and analysis
- Create and submit a monthly JSON file to the vendor (RIO) for updates on the Store Locator page

Skills:
- Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, E-commerce platform experience a plus
