Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Communication Hub: Work closely with management, peers, vendors, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Ensure Quality & Safety: Adhere to all safety and quality standards while operating cutting-edge technology.
• Master the Equipment: Operate the HP Latex Wide Format Printer like a pro! Monitor print jobs and ensure the highest quality.
• Attention to Detail: Identify and correct color or quality issues before finalizing prints.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on printers and related equipment to ensure everything runs flawlessly.
• Get Hands-On: Operate laminators, manual cutters, and deliver finished graphics directly to customers in the Charlotte/Mooresville area.
• Support the Team: Assist Sales with instructions and project visuals to keep things moving smoothly.

Who We're Looking For:

• Self-Starters: You're independent and capable of managing your time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Tech-Savvy: Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with the ability to easily find and open files.
• Detail-Oriented: You have an eagle eye for spotting issues before they become problems.
• Customer-Focused: Your friendly and professional communication will make customers feel valued and well taken care of.
• Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the demands of a production environment.
• Adaptable: Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-energy environment with ease.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with solid experience using MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and adapt to the noise and environment of a production setting.
• Must have a keen eye for color accuracy and be able to identify and distinguish colors with ease.
