Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee the operations of our facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams within the healthcare sector, particularly in memory care and dementia care environments. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Oversee memory care and dementia care programs, ensuring that residents receive appropriate support tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Maintain strong relationships with families and community stakeholders, addressing concerns and promoting the facility's services.
- Ensure financial management practices are adhered to, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Lead training initiatives for staff on best practices in long-term care and community engagement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high-quality service delivery.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong background in supervising teams and managing operations effectively.
- Knowledge of memory care, dementia care, home community care, or social work is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff members.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field is preferred but not required
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years in healthcare required
- Supervisory Experience required
