Job Responsibilities
- Answering and routing phone calls in a professional manner
- Greeting visitors and staff warmly and efficiently
- Performing general office duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Overseeing the distribution of daily mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and inventory for the front area
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years of experience in administrative/secretarial work or other relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong investigative skills, highly organized, self-motivated, and takes initiative
