Key Responsibilities :
Dining Area Preparation : Set up tables and dining areas with a focus on cleanliness, order, and presentation.
Food Delivery : Serve dishes and trays to residents promptly and courteously.
Maintain Cleanliness : Ensure dining areas are clean and well-maintained throughout shifts.
Resident Support : Assist residents as needed, providing friendly and respectful service.
Qualifications :
Experience : One year of experience in institutional food service preferred.
Previous Experience : Experience working with vulnerable populations is a plus.
Compassionate Interaction : Ability to interact with residents with dignity, respect, and empathy.
Regulatory Knowledge : Ability to follow federal and state regulations regarding food safety regulations.
