Director of Nursing
The W Assisted Living Facility, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing . We have our eye out for an DON who can support a collaborative team approach through providing guidance, and a continued commitment to excellence in resident care. Top candidates must have extensive experience in ALP policies and procedures, strong management skills, and address business from a creative and compassionate point of view.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
- Current NYS license and registration as an RN in good standing condition
- Minimum (2) years community nursing experience
- Knowledge of Adult Care facilitates and applicable regulations desired.
- Ability to lead, guide and motivate staff
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, residents, and families from diverse backgrounds who may have physical, sensory and mental impairments

Annual Salary- $120,000.00 - $130,000.00
