The W Assisted Living Communities is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist Part Time weekends a must. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate, they must be organized and able to multi-task.
Part Time - Days • Evening • Weekends - OT Options - Immediately Available
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and staff
- Perform general office duties
- Oversee the distributing of daily mail, packages and deliveries
- Monitor supplies and maintain excel spreadsheet for inventory for the front area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma; or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in administrative/secretarial, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative
