The Design Studio Director oversees the pre- and post-construction design services on all Design / Build projects. This individual must effectively understand the design and construction process, and communicate closely with team members from the Design and Engineering Services, Construction Operations, Suppliers, and Subcontractors across multiple projects. Through their activities, they will assist team members in resolving project concerns, addressing design and regulatory requirements, developing and nurturing current client relationships, and demonstrating the company’s superior ability in providing services to potential clients.
