We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team at The Wagon Legacy. As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will play a critical role in creating customized estate plans that cater to our clients' distinct needs and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing Estate Planning Documents – Develop comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Deed Preparation and Recording – Draft and record deeds with the relevant county offices to ensure smooth property transfers.
- Client Interactions and Guidance – Engage with clients to gather information, review documents, and provide insight into estate planning matters.
- Case Management and Coordination – Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, track deadlines, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Document Execution and Notarization – Facilitate the signing and notarization of documents, and arrange for witnesses as needed.
- Ongoing Client Support – Provide ongoing support to clients, including updates to estate plans, trust funding, and beneficiary coordination.
- Communication with Financial Professionals – Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure alignment between estate plans and financial strategies.
