The Wagon Legacy seeks a dedicated Paralegal to contribute to our mission of securing families' futures through expert estate planning services. As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will work closely with our team to craft personalized estate plans that address our clients' unique needs and goals.

We require a minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning drafting, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Our ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, be highly organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estate Planning Document Preparation – Prepare comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Deed Preparation and Recording – Draft and record deeds with the relevant county offices to ensure seamless property transfers.
• Client Meetings and Communications – Engage with clients to gather information, review documents, and provide guidance on estate planning matters.
• Case Management and Organization – Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaboration with Colleagues – Work closely with attorneys, administrative staff, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of estate plans.
• Document Execution and Notarization – Facilitate the signing and notarization of documents, and arrange for witnesses as needed.
• Ongoing Client Support – Provide ongoing support to clients, including updates to estate plans, trust funding, and beneficiary coordination.
• Communication with Third Parties – Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure alignment between estate plans and financial strategies.
• Technology and Software Management – Leverage estate planning software, case management systems, and document automation tools to optimize workflows.
