The Waldinger Corporation is looking for an engaging and collaborative Human Resource Specialist for our HR Operations group.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Onboarding and Preboarding : Confirms the pre-employment assessments and the base set of data to load new hires into the HRIS system.
- Records : Manages employee records and ensures all paperwork is properly completed and filed.
- HRIS Maintenance : Maintains HR information systems and ensures data accuracy and integrity related to new hire onboarding.
Back-Up HR Support : Supports HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Preferably Workday experience.
