The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is adding an Accountant to our team!
This role will aid our corporate accounting team with day-to-day accounting duties as well as help with monthly reporting. Candidates should have an analytical mind and great attention to detail!
Responsibilities:
- File annual state reports and local business licenses
- Review, reconcile, and prepare product inventories.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reporting
- Perform Monthly reconciliation of various accounts while maintaining accurate account records
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Accounting related major
- 2 years of accounting experience, construction industry preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data efficiently
