Responsibilities:
- Backing up receptionist duties as needed
- Stocking and maintaining all office supplies and meeting rooms in the building
- Aid office personnel in ordering food & beverage for meetings and events
- Assist with onsite events
- Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Administrative experience with strong attention to detail
- Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
- A customer service driven approach
