As a Finance Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance. As a Finance Analyst , learns and utilizes best practices to achieve success, operates well in high functioning diverse teams to deliver results, and do so in a way that embraces Waldinger’s values and the expectations of the customer. Work is guided by leadership and this role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of business operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Business Unit Support- Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial support, analysis, and guidance.
- Customer Service- Establishes a good relationship with our internal customers, serving as a point of contact for employees regarding metrics, dashboards, and best practice inquiries.
- Teamwork- Capable of independently prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, with a keen understanding of how missed deadlines can affect team members and internal customers.
- Process Improvement- utilizes best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.
