The role will combine program management with strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Talent Management Program Coordination: Coordinate and manage talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement and talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Serve as the central point for program logistics, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Benchmark industry best practices and recommend new tools or methodologies to improve organizational effectiveness. Support change management initiatives to increase program adoption and effectiveness.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop clear and engaging communications to promote talent management initiatives across the organization. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to educate employees and leaders about program goals and processes. Collaborate with HR teams, managers, and employees to gather feedback and refine program delivery.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations. Provide training and resources to leaders and team members to ensure consistent and effective performance discussions. Monitor and analyze performance trends to inform strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities to enhance the performance management process through technology, training, and employee feedback. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on performance-related queries, policies, and tools.
- Succession Planning & Career Development: Support the development and execution of succession planning frameworks for critical roles. Assist in creating career pathing tools to promote internal mobility and employee growth. Partner with People Division teams to align performance feedback with developmental programs and career pathways.
- Employee Engagement & Talent Development: Support the design and implementation of initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement and retention. Partner with HR teams to identify talent development opportunities that align with business needs. Use feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and program impact.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and identify areas for improvement. Create dashboards and reports to track metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Benchmark industry best practices and recommend new tools or methodologies to improve organizational effectiveness. Support calibration sessions by preparing relevant data and reports.
3-5 years of HR Program Coordination experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
