Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound lead calls daily using PLACE scripts and systems
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our agents
- Track all activities, conversations, and conversions in PLACE Technology
- Attend daily script training and sales coaching
- Maintain productivity standards and conversion goals
- Collaborate with agents and leadership to ensure a great client experience
- Strong communication & phone skills
- Prior sales or call center experience a plus
- Highly organized and tech-savvy
- Ability to internalize scripts and handle objections
- A real estate license is a plus—but not required to start
- Must be local to or able to commute to our Columbia, MD office

Salary : $26,500 - $50,000
