Responsibilities
- Show homes to active buyer clients
- Schedule and confirm showings promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with clients and lead agents throughout the home search process
- Provide feedback and insight to lead agents from showings
- Learn to use PLACE systems, scripts, and client management tools
- Attend daily training and team meetings for ongoing development
- Training & Coaching – Daily script practice, mentorship, and career planning
- Hands-On Experience – Work with real buyers and gain real-world exposure

Salary : $36,000 - $70,000
