Your Role :
As a Lower School Teaching Assistant, you will :
- Partner with lead teachers to create a warm, nurturing classroom environment.
- Engage students in whole-class, small-group, and one-on-one learning experiences.
- Support classroom activities , events, and field trips with attention to detail and organization.
- Monitor student progress and assist in maintaining academic records.
- Foster social-emotional growth , guiding students through positive behavior strategies.
- Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, and recess.
- Collaborate with families, faculty, and administrators to support each child's journey.
